Inspired by some elements of the Nike Huarache line and aspects of West African Tribal culture, the Air Jordan 7 was birthed at the perfect time. The sneaker differed from earlier models of the Jordan series. Some alterations were made removing the visible air unit, and Nike Air logo along with the translucent outsole. Through creative advertising, Nike paired MJ with beloved cartoon character Bugs Bunny in advertisements.
