A wonderful and quite rare Cartier Tank in 18k yellow gold. This is the first automatic version of the Tank launched by the brand. This excellent example comes with all the original paperwork from Cartier in the original Cartier iconic tooled, red card case.  This watch was made larger than any other Tank model in order to include the automatic movement that was larger than the classic mechanical ETA movements found in equivalent models at the time.
